to streamline the process of complaints and concerns about the practice
of ACPSN members.

is referred to the Practice Committee for recommendations to resolve

area

Mandatory continuing education
-

Committee members will submit their recommendations only for members
who do not practice within their service areas. Decisions of the
Committee are final, subject to appeal.
Decisions made by the Committee will not be publicized. Complainants
will receive notification of the investigation, and may be advised
to submit further reports or status updates to ACPSN, but will not
be advised of the outcome of the investigation, or of any restrictions
placed on the member.
Complaints received regarding non-members will also be submitted
to the Practice Committee. Though no formal investigation will be
made regarding non-member companies, information received will be
held for consideration in the event that a non-member applies for
membership. Membership with the All Canadian Pet Services Network
will be pending approval until review by the practice committee,
and the company will be advised of any decision to deny membership.
The Practice Committee will make no recommendations or decisions
regarding members who are suspended for non-payment of membership
fees or failure to maintain current contact information. Suspension
decisions for lapsed membership renewal fees or for invalid contact
information are made solely by ACPSN and are effective only until
