The All Canadian Pet Services Network Client Satisfaction Survey program was designed to assist pet care professionals in enhancing their service and responding to client's concerns. All members of ACPSN are encouraged to participate in the Program, and it is a requirement for accreditation. Clients can obtain the forms necessary from their pet care professional, and will send them directly to ACPSN. The results will be kept confidential - your pet care provider will not know the specific comments you make. A report will be sent to them outlining the various concerns, and positive feedback, received on these forms. Clients can also provide feedback by contacting us directly.
