KILOOKAS pet care courses is coming to Toronto.
Author of FIRST AID FOR DOGS AND CATS Chantale Robinson BSC. AHT.MP will be offering First aid Course for dogs and cats. This is a great learning experience and an hands on class. You dog is welcome to attend the course and workshops.

Open to all pet lovers and pet care givers (groomers, dog walkers, pet store employees, trainers , AHT,etc)

All necessary materials (First aid kits, books and class notes) are provided in the course fee as well as a certificat of completion .

Learn from a professional in animal health ; These courses are taught by Chantale Robinson Biologist, animal health technician, animal massage practitioner. She is the author of First Aid for Dogs and Cats and founder of Kilookas continuting education for pet care givers.

First Aid for Dogs and Cats August 26 2006 9 h 3 0-18h30

Learn pet first aid and make an investment for life. This course will teach you step by step what to do in the event of an emergency. You will be able to assess your pet’s vital signs, recognize signs of illness, perform Heimlich maneuvers on a choking pet, perform CPR, attend to first aid procedures and more…

This is a nine hour practical course where your dog is welcome to attend.

MASSAGE WORKSHOPS August 27 2006 Massage I 9h00-12h00

ANIMAL MASSAGE I

Learn how to apply massage techniques to help improve the health and the well being of your pet! Massage is beneficial to help sooth and restore sore muscles, relieve muscular pain, stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic system, eliminate toxins, aid in weight loss and can help calm the a hyperactive pet. Open to all animal professionals and pet owners.

This is a three hour workshop. Your dog is welcome to attend, If you are a cat lover, no need to worry we will have a dog for you to practice with.

Course fee includes ; class notes & certificat (course 130.00$)

ANIMAL MASSAGE II A ugust 27 200 6 Massage II 13h-16h00

*Prerequisite “ANIMAL MASSAGE I”

You have mastered the superficial massage techniques and ready to learn more! This advanced workshop will teach you deep muscle massage techniques as well as stretching exercises. Open to all animal professionals and pet owners.

This is a three hour workshop. Your dog is welcome to attend, If you are a cat lover, no need to worry we will have a dog for you to practice.

Course fee includes ; class notes & certificat (each course 130.00$)


Pets are welcome to attend the first aid class and Massage ( if you do not have a dog we can arrange to have a dog for you to practice)


Classes are kept small so that there may be sufficient individual time with the instructor.

As most of you know I need to relocate to offer these courses therefore please register early to insure this week-end event .
