There has been an alarming increase of companies who are holding themselves out as being members of ACPSN, when in fact they are not.

Falsifying credentials is in violation of the Professional Standards that ACPSN members abide by.

While we have no way of knowing for certain whether any of these individuals have the training, insurance and other credentials they claim to, we can say for absolute certain that they are NOT members of ACPSN. In addition, they will be refused membership based on their deceptive claims.

If you suspect a company has falsely made this claim, please contact us immediately!

The following companies or individuals have made claims in either their print or web advertising, or to pet parents, that they are members.

In addition, the following companies or individuals are not currently members of ACPSN, though they claim to be in their advertising. The only reason this information is made public is because repeated requests to update their advertising have failed, and they continue to claim membership. These former members are not prohibited from maintaining membership, but are prohibited from claiming they are members when membership it not current. ACPSN cannot confirm the validity of any claims regarding pet sitting insurance or other memberships and will not be liable for the actions of any former member.
