The All Canadian Pet Services Network is pleased to announce the appointment of 4 regional representatives across Canada. In an effort to ensure ongoing professionalism in the pet care industry, these regional representatives with be available to members in their geographic areas to provide advice, support and education with regards to complex issues that face pet parents and pet care professionals in today’s climate.

The regional representatives will be an invaluable asset to their colleagues, and will enhance the communication between ACPSN and our members.

Kristin Schumacher is the owner/operator of Kitty Kompany Professional Pet Sitting Services in New Westminster, British Columbia. As a respected and established professional with over 600 fur kid clients, Kristin offers a wealth of information to ACPSN Members in the British Columbia region. As the director of the Action for Animals in Distress Society, which is dedicated and committed to the needs of homeless, abandoned, neglected, sick and injured animals, Kristin exemplifies the advocacy which ACPSN promotes among members. U. Karin Howland is the owner/operator of Pets Stay Home – Pet Sitting Plus in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As the first Canadian member of Pet Sitters International to complete their Accredited Pet Sitting Technician program, Karin’s commitment to professional development is astounding. Karin holds membership the International Association of Animal Behaviour Consultants, Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers (CAPPDT), Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and many other pet care professional associations, and her ongoing support of the All Canadian Pet Services Network has been astounding. Sharon Steinman is the owner/operator of Fuga’s Furriends, providing cat sitting services in Toronto and the north GTA area. Sharon has been with the All Canadian Pet Services Network since its inception in 2004, and has been a strong resource in the development of programs and services for members. As the first member of ACPSN to progress through the Seal of A’Paw’val program, Sharon’s dedication and commitment to professional development is admirable. Sharon’s work with the Annex Cat Rescue, on the board of directors and as the foster coordinator, in Toronto demonstrates her strong devotion to animal advocacy. The excellence she has achieved in her business will make her a valuable resource to our members in the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario. Cindy Arsenault is the owner/operator of Man’s Best Friend, an established pet care service in Cornwall, Ontario. A member of the All Canadian Pet Services Network since 2004, Cindy is a recognized and respected leader in her field. With over 20 years experience in animal care, Cindy’s expertise is a valuable asset to ACPSN members. Cindy’s personal and professional affiliations within Eastern Ontario, Quebec and Maritime provinces enhance the accessibility of our member services.
